Lauren is a dedicated and accomplished education professional with a degree in elementary education and a Masters Degree in Administrative Leadership along with over 700 hours of Professional Development — with 170 hours specifically dealing with Behavior Management, Health and Safety of Students, Special Education Referral Process, 504 Coordinator Guidelines, At Risk Student Data Analysis, Relationship Building, and Motivating Students. Lauren has had experience being an Assistant Principal and she is currently charged with program development, teacher training, curriculum, in-takes of students, teacher training, and course implementation at Social Motion Skills. Her background as behavior and instructional specialist with experience in chairing ARD’s, developing IEP’s, training teachers in lesson presentation strategies, and promoting student’s educational, physical and social development prepare her for this important position. Her postitive energy always brightens the Social Motion office and her hobbies include, spending time with her two children and husband, whom she loves dearly, and being a vital memeber of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Merchandise Committee.
