Transition to Employability Center

Enter the work development lab to assess competitive work potential and interest level, while simultaneously exploring various jobs using real tools and developing proper work behaviors.

Job exploration

T3 creates employment opportunities through partnerships with local businesses in varied business lines. T3 supports our participants with dedicated job coaches. Job coach support fades as participants’ skills build.

Our unpaid internships offer real-world job skills practice in a supervised setting in a variety of business lines. This exposure and access provide crucial in-the-moment learning opportunities and enable a young adult to explore possible career interests and build a resume. (Summer internships available for 15+)

Birkman Assessment

Birkman International, in partnership with Social Motion, Inc., is conducting a study with the intention of gaining information to improve vocational training and employment outcomes for those with an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. Each individual participating in the study will receive a free Birkman Basics Report which provides valuable personal relational and occupational insights.
